I had a great experience at George’s Muffler Shop. The staff was friendly, honest, and got straight to the point about what my car needed. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to push unnecessary repairs. The work was done quickly, and the price was very fair compared to other places I checked. My car sounds and runs much better now. Definitely a reliable shop I’d recommend to anyone needing muffler or exhaust work done.

Took my f250 for exhaust leak. They Replaced manifolds forgot the gaskets, so I still had leak got a headache and hospitalized for carbon poisoning was asked to leave it for two days when I told them that turned into weeks, came back it hadn’t been looked at was told to bring it back after I took it and they’d handle it again a few weeks of it sitting up there. They took other vehicles before it. Finally get it back they forgot bolts still leaking took it back up there sat for three days. And then I was told it was finally working properly. I leave a week later engine light comes back on exhaust leak again, just got it back from another mechanic he said the bolts were snapped off inside of it and they’d put two shorter bolts to keep manifold up but didn’t remove the original bolts. So leak is from it not closing all the way and the threads not going as deep because of the old bolt. And the spark plugs they also “replaced with new coil packs turns out none but one are new and it was so loose the new mechanic could hand tighten it :/ the boots were also torn and not actually replaced at all. My cats they also did threeyears ago also are throwing codes and the ac they fixed at the sam

I went to get my car checked out as it was turning off and not wanting to start unless I stepped on the gas. They said it was the knock sensor and gas pump that needed to be changed. They stated that it would take a week and didn't give a loaner car to use in the meantime. They changed everything but a few weeks later I was having the same issue. When I took it to another shop off W Berry St. They said that the new piece didn't look new so I had to pay to get those pieces changed again but for certain this time. My car was fine after the second ship. I will never again go to George's nor will I recommend anyone go there.

My muffler had a hole in it, & turned out to be cracked in half. They got right on it! Fast & efficient service! I was happy with the price i was quoted, & charged! They have a waiting area with a couch & chairs. So as my truck was being worked on, i enjoyed watching cable. Soon my truck was ready! I will be returning for some other needed services!
